8TH & FILBERT PARKING GARAGE
Philadelphia, PA

The Philadelphia Parking Authority 8th & Filbert Garage is situated next to the historical Lit Brother Store Building which created an opportunity to transform a basic concrete utility structure into a unique landmark that complements its surroundings. The 1,000 colored, frosted, and transparent glass blades assembled on the exterior steel trusses are oriented to capture and reflect natural light throughout the day and illuminating a colorful scene at night. Along with this glass façade, a pendant lighting system brightens the street running below the garage.

DREXEL POWEL/SLAMS SCHOOL
Philadelphia, PA

Drexel University and The School District of Philadelphia combined to create a campus that houses two public schools in West Philadelphia. In May 2019 Drexel entered into an agreement with developer Wexford Science and Technology for the development of the 87,000-square-foot, two-story building. Rogers Partners Architects + Urban Designers is responsible for the design, with Andropogon Associates, Ltd. as landscape architects. BSI Construction, LLC served as the general contractor for the two-story Elementary & Middle School on the University City site.

The BP Point Breeze Passyunk Ave project in Philadelphia PA will house a 485,000 SF warehouse with a 40-foot clear height sitting on a 41-acre site once completed. This facility will have 91 dock positions with 4 drive-in doors and 2,500 SF of potential office space.
