HISTORY

Founded in 2001 by Charles Calvanese Sr. and John Parsons, BSI Construction, LLC is a developer, construction manager, and general contractor that serves the greater Philadelphia area. With a commitment to providing quality development and construction services, our company has been steadily expanding for the past decade.

Headquartered in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, BSI currently employs accomplished professionals capable of providing valued insight at all stages of a development or project. Our firm specializes in the development and construction of educational, commercial, industrial, and retail spaces. Always seeking to expand, our company is capable of providing services in any sector of the construction industry.
