JOE HAND PROMOTIONS CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

The Joe Hand Promotions Corporate Headquarters is a dynamic transformation of an existing commercial space into a state-of-the-art corporate office and athlete training facility. The retrofit included upgraded mechanical systems, electrical service, advanced lighting and controls, and cutting-edge teledata systems. The building’s exterior was revitalized with new storefront glazing, modern entrances, an EIFS Finish System, and striking architectural metal elements.

"The BSI Team took the time to understand what we were looking for in a new headquarters. We wanted a building that would be impressive to our clients and tell our story. We’re a promotions company, not a bank or a financial services firm, and we needed a space that reflects that spirit. We wanted something bold, something with a little flair—something that makes a statement. BSI made that vision a reality, creating a unique building that will be our home for decades to come. This was the biggest project in our 50-year history, and we couldn’t have imagined entrusting it to anyone other than the team led by Charles Calvanese and John Parsons. Along with David Kirsch, they held our hand at every step, guiding us around potential pitfalls and making the whole process as stress-free and enjoyable as it could be."
