BSI Construction provided Construction Management Services including Pre-Construction Budget Development, Procurement, and Construction Phase Management for interior alterations to an existing space at the Liberty Coca-Cola Facility in Philadelphia. The project consisted of selective demolition, roof replacement, exterior masonry wall construction, partial roof replacement, new HVAC System, Feature Lighting, Telecommunications, Custom Millwork, and Finishes.
Liberty Coca-Cola has retained BSI Construction, LLC to provide phased facility assessments including the recommendation of design and engineering professionals to modernize and retrofit spaces throughout the Philadelphia Campus.
