Thomas Howland has extensive construction management experience including field experience spanning 41 years. Mr Howland responsibilities include multi project responsibility to supervise and coordinate the project organization to complete the work on time, within budget and to the quality specified. He oversees daily activities of all Project Managers, Superintendents and Site Personnel. Creates and maintains scheduling, contract negotiation, budget tracking, client relations, and chairs company project management meetings on a weekly basis. Thomas Howland’s experience includes numerous commercial projects including health care, K to 12, higher education, pharmaceutical, warehouse, high-rise, stadiums and corporate headquarters.
